This part of the manual is divided into learning blocks called ‘sessions’. These sessions constitute a cohesive curriculum as they are currently laid out in the manual. But this is only a suggestion, there are more exercises that can be used according to the needs of the group.
Each session has a consistent structure, and is prefaced by a one-page overview, which sets out the timing, activities and objectives of the session, as well as general adaptation notes. This is followed by a description of each of the activities included in the session, including: format, summary, required materials, key explanation points and facilitation options and suggestions. The box below summarises the sessions by day. Again – feel free to explore among the exercises to create the best workshop for the participants.
